Our lb came to Karen after the lockdown in spring 2020 and soon he looked forward to going to her setting. He clearly felt safe in Karen's care. At this point our lb didn't say many words and thanks to Karen his English communicative skills have thrived ever since. We can see that he obviously enjoys the varied activities at Karen's setting as well as the company of the other children in her care.
We are so sad to leave Karen due to moving away to another town soon. We especially value her flexibility and communicativenss and wish her all the best.

We needed a childminder on a short notice when we moved to Basingstoke in spring and just at that time a place became available at Emily's childminding setting. The children can move between the living area inside and the garden (just as in the setting our boy had been before) and our boy also loved the trampoline in particular. I was very delighted when Emily introduced warm meals and included gluten free options. As our boy has started nursery/pre-school, we decided to end childcare provided by childminders, but would warmly like to recommend this setting.

When we moved to Basingstoke in March 2021 we needed a nanny to our then 2-year old son and wanted a nanny that would come to us with her own children to give him some company. Jo was perfect for this position, a she is very well organised. She wonderfully managed the needs of all children when she came to us twice per week. Our children had much fun together over the almost one and a half year. At the same time our son also learned a lot about respect, sharing, and how to follow rules from Jo and her children. Hence I would highly recommend her for future positions. The reason why our collaboration ended is that our son is going to nursery four times per week now in preparation for school. However, we and our son miss her very much.
