First of all thank you very much for taking the time to read my profile.

My name is Kinga and I'm 37. I'm caring, calm and friendly nanny with over 13 years childcare experience, from newborn up to 15 years old. I truly love my job and put all my heart into it. My top priority is to address all child's needs by creating a safe environment,stability, consistency, structure and emotional support.
I'm in favour of soft and gentle approach and more into praising and appreciating child's achievements. However, when needed I'm firm but kind, fair and realistic with the expectations. I care about child's development and encourage them to discover and learn about their surrounding. While doing it, they always have my undivided attention.
It's a great pleasure to watch how their progress and gain new skills.
I'm punctual, responsible and trustworthy. Skilled with weaning, potty training and following routines.
Although my greatest passion is baking, I’m really interested in healthy cooking.
Art and craft its something I really enjoy. I can say that I am definitely sporty person, adore running and swimming.
If only weather allows I like spending time outside by going to the beloved parks and playgrounds where kids can make new friends and burn their never ending energy.
However, finding new places to play can be as much fun.
When inside I love to get creative with anything we are able to use. I am not afraid to get messy.
I also enjoy reading and listening to music.
