About Me
Home-educating family, 3 children (aged 11,9, and 5) not always conventional but loving and welcoming, we hope. A tendency towards excessive academic abilities to the detriment of social abilities - think characters from the "Big Bang Theory". Often creative, frequently messy or noisy and fond of anything that has 4 legs and fur!
My Requirements
Someone to come alongside us in our education journey and take some of the weight off my (Mummy's) shoulders. So a mixture of normal "childcare" type stuff such as providing meals, and an academic teaching/enabling role. Part time (approx 12 hrs), flexible when that time may be arranged in the week. This is a PERMANENT role, we do not envisage school featuring in our lives any time soon. May suit a retired teacher who would like to have the opportunity to teach as they feel is best, not what OFTED orders?
