About Me
Hi, Im Karen of Wonderland childminding by Karen. I live with my Husband of 13 years and our 2 children in a 3 bedroom semi detached property on a quiet, friendly estate. My setting is a 5 minute walk away from the common and also benefits from a small, enclosed playing field opposite the house for picnics and outdoor play.
I offer a home away from home childcare setting where children can enjoy a wide variety of fun based learning, outdoor adventure, creative craft and music time, story telling and more. My passion has always been to work with children and the happiness, safety and wellbeing of any child within my care will always be a priority. Please get in touch for more details. My Experience
I have relied upon the care of childminders for my 2 children whilst working as a engineer for the past 16 years and i understand how scary it can be choosing a childminder and putting that amount of trust in someone. I will do everything i can to put your mind at ease and show you how loved and cared for your child(ren) will be whilst with me.
I have 2 young children of my own as well as being a regular go to for family and friends seeking childcare/babysitting for nights out and breaks away.
My Qualifications
CYPOP5, Safeguarding, First aid, food hygiene level 2. currently undertaking level 3 diploma in childcare.
My Availability
I have availability for up to 8 children 0-12 years within my setting. I work monday to friday 7.30am - 6.30pm but i do offer flexible working hours to suite. Please contact for more details.
