About Me
My husband and I have a little girl who is 5.5 years old . So we are a family of 3 . Non-smoking and no pets. We live in the Leith area. Our girl has developmental delay. She doesn't walk very far , is non-verbal and has a learning difficulty. She has a sweet and gentle nature, is not prone to tantrums and seems to understand more despite her difficulties. She loves being with other people, very sociable and enjoys music and books. She has also had very good relationships with her past personal assistants.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone with lots of fun play ideas to facilitate her development . This person should also have special needs/ autism experience.
Anyone who has a musical interest would be a bonus. Included in this , would be help with her personal care. Changing nappies, dressing , eating and drinking. Our daughter attends full-time school so the hours we would be looking for are 6 hours over a weekend. Ideally 2-5pm , over a Friday, Sat or Sunday but the times are flexible and negotiable. Also additional help over school holidays.
