Registered Childminder Job In Alexandria
About Me
My name is Lauren I am mum of 3 and a HR Advisor, when I return to work in April, I will be working full time over 4 days condensed.
In our house, it is myself and my husband, our 7 year old Jordan and our twins Kieran and Anna who were born in July 2025!
I am looking for a childcare provider that can have the twins 2 days a week, from 8am to about 5pm or just after. They are lovely, smiley, happy, healthy babies and my preference would be a childminder or a Nanny over a nursery as this is where I've had the best experience in the past!
The twins were born 1 month premature and although they do not have any complications as a result, their age is 1 month corrected, meaning that at 7 months old they are just now hitting their 6 month milestones.
Kieran has CMPA (cows milk protein allergy) meaning he will have to be on a dairy free diet as we have started weaning and this would need to be accommodated by the childcare provider. We intend to start the milk ladder with him and introduce dairy to his diet once weaning is more established but we will manage that ourselves, but of course would keep the childcare provide up to date.
I am hoping to find someone soon so that we can get the kids settled in and well established with their new childcare arrangements before I got back to work.

My little boy is 2 and started going to Gail about 6/7 months ago. She was so welcoming and lovely that he settled in really quickly and really enjoyed going there. He used to be in a bigger nursery and every morning drop off with tears and upset but he’ll walk into Gail’s happy as Larry! They have a lovely bond and he is so well taken care of. He eats and naps better than he ever does at home and comes home tired from a busy day of fun. She has also been super flexible and helpful during all this COVID madness. I highly recommend Gail’s services and have even increased my own days. She will also text you regularly throughout the day and send pictures and videos of the kids having a great time for that extra reassurance.
