Hi there, I’m Milly. I currently work full time as a PR executive in a digital marketing agency. However, working with children is my passion. I have worked with children in nurseries as well as babysat throughout my university days. I have a fully cleared DBS check, and update service.
I’m free evenings, and weekends for any extra help or if you fancy a date day/night with the other half.
My Experience
Over the last six years, i've worked with a charity called Alice’s Escapes and i have learnt so many life skills. My role within the charity is to help nurse, play and look after the children of families that stay with us. For example, if the parents require a day to themselves, I will step in and look after the child / children for them. Even if they just want some other company, I’ll be there.
I especially focus on looking after the siblings of the seriously ill child, providing support for the siblings going through this difficult time. We do various craft activities, go to the park, will just spend time doing things that entertain the children. I take my voluntary role extremely serious within the charity.
My Qualifications
i've been working with kids for 5 years. I have certificates in child safeguarding and equality. I have a masters in PR and marketing and an undergraduate degree in sociology.
My Availability
I work Monday-Friday until 4:30pm. Free evenings and weekends. I will try my best to rearrange plans to suit you.
