About Me
I am an enthusiastic primary school teacher with experience in both key stages (Year 2 and 6). Both of which require external moderation and government SATs testing.
I am happy to assist your child with Reading, Writing, Maths and Phonics. In addition, I will also support your child with their homework and any targets from their teacher.
My aim is to engage children so their learning does not seem like a chore, and give them the necessary skills in English and Maths so that they can transfer this into their lessons and every day life.
If your child is in Upper Key Stage Two (Year 5 and 6) I can support them with their learning to achieve their very best in the KS2 SATs through a range of teaching and test practice. However, I always aim to make the learning fun for your child.

My Experience
- Taught in KS1 for four years (Year 2) where I was externally moderated by Barnet and all teacher judgements were agreed with.
- Taught in KS2 for two years (Year 6) where I prepared children for their SATs all of which our scores were higher than national in Reading, Writing, GPS and Maths.
- Experienced two Ofsted Inspections, achieving Outstanding under the new framework.
- Experienced one R.E inspection, achieving Outstanding in both areas (Catholic Life and Religious Education).
- Previous PSHE and Art leader (changing to PE in September 2022).
- Previous tutoring experience for Year 6 student preparing for SATs
My Qualifications
Ten GCSE’s A*-C (Including English, Maths and Science).
Three A Levels: Classics, Sociology and Theology.
One AS Level: Psychology
Achieved 2:1 Degree in Primary Education BA with QTS
