Mercy is just amazing! My daughter has been with Mercy for 2 years and I would like to say you will be so much regretted if you don’t choose Mercy! Mercy has been a teacher for so many years and she knows how to deal with children, my daughter’s behavior improved so much after been with Mercy, and I really appreciate the patient and love from Mercy, I will definitely recommend Mercy to all of you as she is so flexible, charge reasonably, most importantly, she is an expert in looking after and guide the children!

Mercy has been looking after my 4 year old for the last 2 years now and has been a god send!

Mercy is absolutely amazing! She is caring, patient, calm, nurtering, kind and understanding. My children love her and say she is really funny and kind. I know 100% that when I'm working, my children are in the best hands, safe and well looked after.
Mercy is reliable and flexible and I am so grateful for her. Thank you for being the best, Mercy, and for everything you do for us.

I was looking for someone reliable, Someone that was available at short notice, someone that I felt comfort with and able to attend to my 3 year old with compassion, and that’s where Mercy came along, where have you been all this while??? by far the best childminder I have used and wished I known about sparkles childcare earlier, Mercy is very talented with positive energy, a highly recommended childcare provider that delivers

Mercy has been excellent with my son Eddie, he loves going to her home and playing with the other children, it is very child-friendly and welcoming. She is very flexible with hours and days as she knows people's circumstances change all the time, this is really helpful as my uni commitments can often change. Mercy is very reliable and fantastic with the children. I would definitely recommend to others.

Mercy is excellent with the kids, she's punctual, so understanding and extremely flexible. She offers a wide variety of activities for the little ones. We're glad to have met Mercy, what a wonderful person she is, my daughter is quite happy, as if that's not enough, when I leave the office late, Mercy will drop my daughter off right at my door after she's had her tea :-) keep up the good work!!

True Sparks Childcare has been both a life saver and a breath of fresh air.
My daughter considers it her second home.
She has overnight care while I work and is also taken to school in the morning.
The service is tailored to meet my childcare needs, which I really appreciate.
My daughter feels safe, well looked after and I always go to work with peace of mind.
She participated in the half-term activities with the other children and looks forward to doing so again soon.
Keep up the excellent work and I definitely recommend True Sparks Childcare.

I spent a long time looking for a child provider that would cater to my personal circumstance and mercy has done exactly that! As I’m in uni and need childcare for specific religious holidays, mercy comes to my house very early in the morning to pick skyler up and then drops her off when I’m back home around 6. Which is a massive help as I don’t drive and need to rush to uni in the mornings, her house is very spacious with loads of toys and a massive back garden. Shes a very friendly and warm lady, and skyler loves going to her house! Would recommend 100%
