About Me
We are a friendly family of four living in Camberwell, south London. We have two children including our son aged 2.5 and our daughter aged 4.5 years old.
We are looking for a nanny to start work in early January 2022 until end of June 2022 (with possibility of extension), working either:
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, OR
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Normal working hours are 9am-5pm. On occasion, we may sometimes need a 8 or 8.30 start, or some help at the weekend or in the evening, but not as a regular thing.
Due to health issues in the family, we are looking for a Covid vaccinated nanny who takes hygiene seriously. We are keen to find someone who can provide amazing support and stability to the children, but who is also comfortable helping out with household activities and able to take the initiative on this.
We are looking for someone:
- DBS checked
- First Aid trained
- With at least 2 years' experience (with at least 2 professional references)
My Requirements
Duties would include:
- Looking after our son during the day, supporting his development and learning including varied activities, local trips and socialising
- Feeding our son lunch and putting him down for his afternoon nap
- Collecting our daughter from a local school at 3.30pm (5 min walk)
- Activities and tea-time with both children
- Household support - cooking meals for the kids and sometimes a family meal (vegetarian), keeping kids room clean and tidy, ad hoc chores such as groceries & errands
