About Me

My name is Chloe Mortimer, I am 26 years old and with a BSc in Psychology. I am currently studying Midwifery full time at Bournemouth university. I have four years experience working as a nursery practitioner, working with children from ages 5months to 4 years. I spent 2 years working full time in the preschool, and I loved guiding their development and watching them grow. I have knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding courses, Paediatric first aid trained, DBS holder.

I was responsible for a key group of children, tailoring activities every day to their learning and development needs. Communicating with parents daily was a key role to touch base on their children’s development. Creating a safe, warm and loving environment for the children I cared for a nursery was paramount, and I loved developing strong bonds with them. I have also experience with SEN children, having had three in my key group.


I have three special nieces and a nephew (ages 1, 3, 7, 9), who I love and adore. I have experience babysitting for children I cared for in nursery. I am happy to cook, clean, play, read stories, take children out to the park etc.

I am looking for a flexible role to fit around my studies. I currently work on placement at a hospital and work 12.5 hour days. I am looking for some part time work and to look after/ be apart of a lovely family.
