Hello my name is Jade, and I have worked in childcare for over 10 years im passionate about childcare and child development. I am a happy, friendly and caring person who aims to provide a secure, happy and fun atmosphere to help them become confident little people.
I make sure that the children have fun and they are learning at the same time. I strive to promote a healthy lifestyle and focus on the development of children both in terms of education and emotional development.
I encourage children to use their potential by stimulating their imagination and enthusiasm for learning, I take the initiative to provide fun and creative activities.
My goal is to help children become confident individuals with a fundamental belief in their own abilities, helping and supporting littles ones become the amazing people they are, by encouraging them to do the things they love!
I was a Registered Childminder for 8 years and I throughly enjoyed this role, every day i would organise the day fun outings, messy and craft play, music and singing.
My Experience
-Worked in Childcare since I left school and started out working in nurseries where I gained the experience and knowledge in their different teaching techniques.
-I have volunteered and worked in schools.
- I was a Registered Childminder for 8 years which really gave me the independence in this role with planning and I throughly enjoyed working with children of all ages the youngest was 6 weeks old.
