About Me
I am a mother to 5 children and also have a step child who is 5. My youngest child was born prematurely at 29 weeks and has complex needs ranging from PEG feeds to oxygen requirement.
My Requirements
I am looking for childcare for my soon to be 1 year old. I would be looking for one day a week to give him the opportunity to have time away from mummy.
He has complex needs including tracheobroncomalasia, oxygen requirement differs but often a simple cold means he needs to go back in oxygen (we have home oxygen, portable tanks and a SATS machine). He has an unsafe swallow therefore isn't allowed anything orally. He is also developmentally delayed so has only just begun sitting etc.
His community nursing team will be able to help with training and assistance with your understanding of his PEG and of course I will always be on hand for any questions/concerns.
