About Me

A full-time nanny since 2012, I specialize in the Early Years with a strong foundation in Steiner, Reggio Emilia, and the Pikler approach.

Adaptable, discreet, and developmentally attuned, I create nurturing rhythms and environments that holistically support each child’s growth and wellbeing respecting their peculiarities.

About me:

- clean Enhanced DBS
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Public Liability Insurance
- Ongoing CPD (safeguarding, health & safety, protocols)

- Spanish passport + UK Settled Status + Ready to Work
- Languages: Native Spanish, fluent English, beginner Italian
- Strong swimmer
- Fully vaccinated (COVID)
- Able to travel with the family
- Very comfortable with pets

- No driving licence (to be obtained in 2026/27)
- Upcoming absence: 13–17 July (course graduation)

I am usually drawn to families who value a nurturing, structured environment and clear communication, yet also appreciate an intuitive nanny who can adjust the rhythm of the day when needed — whether supporting a child who is more sensitive one week or a toddler bursting with extra energy on a Monday. I hope to support a household where my skills genuinely contribute to the children’s growth and the family’s daily ease.

While I generally thrive in sole?charge roles, shared care is by no means a deal?breaker. Children often find it easier to maintain boundaries and emotional consistency when one caregiver is leading the rhythm of the day, especially when a new nanny joins the household. In shared?care moments, little ones can naturally become more focused on seeking a parent’s attention, which is developmentally normal. My aim is always to work in smooth partnership with parents so the children can feel secure, supported, and free to thrive rather than navigating competing dynamics.

Across my roles, I have often progressed from purely childcare?focused positions into broader household support as the children’s routines evolved and their time in school or naps increased. This has allowed me to take on a wider range of responsibilities while always prioritising the children’s needs and remaining fully present, hands?on, and playful in my care. I approach household duties flexibly, fitting them around the children’s developmental stages and daily rhythms, especially when working with younger or more hands?on age groups.

More about me:

- Strong foundation in early-years development, emotional regulation, and structured daily rhythms
- Skilled in managing children’s routines, wardrobes, activities, and educational support
- Experienced in coordinating household schedules, logistics, inventories, and maintenance
- Confident in organising travel, events, seasonal styling, and household presentation
- Proactive communicator who collaborates smoothly with parents, PAs, tutors, and household staff
- Highly organised, discreet, and adaptable, with a calm, solutions?focused approach

My experience spans three core areas:

Child-Focused Responsibilities:

- Creating and maintaining consistent daily rhythms and routines.
- Supporting emotional regulation, social development, and age?appropriate independence.
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks; managing nursery/school lunch bookings.
- Managing children’s laundry and wardrobes, including seasonal rotation, organisation, labelling, uniform management, and sizing/fitting.
- Conducting school and nursery runs; maintaining communication with schools and supporting school?related administration.
- Planning developmentally aligned activities inside and outside the home.
- Organising playdates, day trips, classes, clubs, and holiday camps.
- Supporting homework and educational development; sourcing tutors and extracurricular instructors.
- Managing medical appointments, health monitoring, and children’s wellbeing routines.
- Preparing for travel and packing children’s belongings.
- Rotating toys and books; upgrading uniforms, sports equipment, and school supplies.
- Planning children’s events and parties.
- Upkeeping children’s devices and ensuring safe digital use and connectivity.

Household Management Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the home, including light tidying and managing deliveries.
- Supporting the management of household schedules, calendars, and logistics.
- Stocking and organising household supplies (groceries, stationery, cleaning products, children’s items).
- Coordinating donation or sale of unused/unwanted items.
- Maintaining light household organisation, including guest room turnover and upkeep of medicine storage and first-aid kits.
- Monitoring household maintenance needs and arranging repairs.
- Liaising with and booking tradespeople, contractors, and service providers.
- Seasonal styling and household presentation, ensuring décor, accents, and ambience align with celebrations and seasonal changes (as requested by employer).

Family Support & Administrative Duties:

- Booking appointments (GP, dentist, salons, car valet, vet clinic).
- Running errands (dry cleaning, pharmacy, post office, gift purchasing).
- Creating and maintaining household organisational systems (inventories, house manuals, housekeeping schedules).
- Coordinating with housekeeping staff, PAs, tutors, and contractors.
