About Me
My name is Lisa and I am a level 3 qualified, Ofsted registered childminder. I live with my husband, my son, a cat and a dog. My son is 25 years old. I have a happy and fun outlook on life.
We live in a comfortable, clean and well decorated house opposite the forest and close to the High Street with a level, enclosed garden. I have a designated playroom for the children as well as ground floor toilet facilities.
I offer home from home care with creative and imaginative play in a caring environment covering all areas of learning within the EYFS. My setting has free flow play from the playroom into the garden with natural resources allowing children to develop their imagination. I believe that children learn and develop best in a happy, fun and nurturing environment. My setting is child led.
I'm a qualified level 3 Forest School leader, level 3 Beach School leader and level 3 Hygge in the early years accredited and we spend a lot of time outside. My free flow setting allows for children to spend as much or as little time outside as they would like and I follow the forest school ethos of child led and open ended play.
I offer daily trips to library, toddler groups, music groups, soft play, woodland walks etc. as well as taking them out so they can develop their understanding of the world. All cultures, religions etc are welcome.
As I had to leave my son to return to work I understand how difficult it is for both child and parent!!!!

Experience of autism.
