About Me
We are a happy and very busy household in the centre of Brighton with three children and two working parents. We work both from home and away from home - with variable schedules and sometimes long hours.
Our children - 10 year old boy/girl twins and a 13 year old boy - are confident, curious, lively, children with busy after school schedules. We're looking for help to stay on top of the often hectic logistical requirements of school life!
My Requirements
We're looking for childcarers who can start mid-April 2024.
The normal working hours would generally be after school 3-7:30pm weekdays. We could also use help on Saturdays from 8am-2pm-ish. We’d be happy to consider people who can only offer to cover a couple of those shifts each week.
We need help with picking up the children from school, coordinating their after school activities, supervising homework, preparing meals and making sure they’re ready for bed at the end of the day.
Our children enjoy many after school activities and playdates, so there’s a lot of picking up and dropping off involved - which would require the use of either our car or your own. Since schedules are different for each child, the role requires quite a lot of organisational skill.
Experience, references and clean driving licence required. We have a strictly nonsmoking home.
