My Experience

Working with children from 7 months to 11 years old, my responsibilities as a nanny included after-school care such as picking them up from school, preparing snacks, and accompanying them to activities like swimming, martial arts, English classes, and arts and crafts.

During longer shifts, I helped with bedtime routines and read stories to the children. I also supported babies from 7 months using Montessori-based activities to encourage independence and sensory learning.

I have experience caring for babies from 7 months old, supporting their daily routines such as feeding, nappy changes and sleep times. I helped during mealtimes, preparing simple food, bottle feeding when needed, and encouraging babies to explore food safely and independently.


I planned engaging activities such as games, crafts, board games, puzzles, and outdoor play at the park. I also supervised playdates and prepared simple dinners at the end of my shift.

Overall, my role went beyond basic supervision. I focused on creating a stimulating and positive environment that supported each child’s development.

I speak Spanish, and in my previous job, I communicated with the children in Spanish to help them learn new words and enjoy a bilingual experience.
