About Me
We are a family of 3 -both parents work part time and do some childcare. It is important to us to try to create a happy healthy home environment for our daughter. Healthy eating and getting outdoors is important to us. Mum is trained in nutrition and has an interest in yoga, meditation & holistic health. We have two gorgeous friendly cats who wander the house freely.
My Requirements
We are looking into both nanny and childminder options for our 4yo for 1-2 days. The most important qualities for us are that you are calm under pressure and responsive and sensitive to our child's needs. She is a wonderful girl who has some mild sensory issues along with an amazing imagination and sense of fun. Our parenting ethos is a mix of gentle and respectful parenting -so no sticker charts or strict behaviour strategies.
Our daughter LOVES role play, dance, doing punch & Judy shows, drawing and being creative with play-doh and sand! The transitions to going outdoors or to structured classes can sometimes be tricky, but she often enjoys them once there.
Our daughter currently has a limited diet due partly to food intolerances but she LOVES cooking and food play so we keep this up regularly. Lastly, if you've any Montessori style experience this would be a bonus also! Do get in touch if this may be of interest.
