I am an experienced Montessori phonics teacher and tutor, with over 20 years of teaching expertise. Having worked in both Asia and Europe, I have successfully aided numerous children in reaching their full potential in reading by being skilled in blending letter sounds. My specialization lies in working with children, including those with autism, dyslexia, and slow learners, effectively guiding them to read and spell using the highly efficient Montessori phonetic method.
With access to the complete Montessori material, consisting of three schemes, I ensure that children not only grasp letter sounds but also learn their formations using sand alphabet letters. Subsequently, they progress to building words through the use of the Large Movable Alphabet, incorporating words such as pig, cat, pot, and mug. By learning to blend letters, these children are empowered to read words without the need for rote memorization, significantly enhancing their vocabulary and spelling skills.
Moving on to the second level, known as the blue scheme, the children are introduced to longer phonetic words like magnet, crab, and are further guided to construct longer sentences. The third level, the green scheme, involves phonograms, encompassing non-phonetic sounds such as (sh) for fish, (ou) for trout, or (ph) for elephant, among others.
Upon completing the program, children emerge as skilled readers with improved spelling and vocabulary skills. This program is ideally suited for children aged 4 years and above, particularly those struggling with reading skills. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to work with you and your child,I also offer Montessori Maths, learning mathematical concepts in a Montessori classroom begins concretely and progresses towards the abstract. The children move from simple to complex. The
process is taught first and facts come later. Order, coordination, concentration, and independence are experienced by the child using concrete materials.
The mathematical curriculum formally begins with the introduction to number but the mathematical skills are developed in the young child’s work with the sensorial material.
These materials introduce the child to attributes and qualities i.e. length, width, height, colour and all the associated mathematical language.
This is a developmental curriculum that spans from 2 ½ to 8 years old. Each lesson is given individually as the child shows he/she is ready. This ensures each child is appropriately challenged at their developmental level.I do offer advanced Montessori vocabulary and Grammar as well for fluent readers after the completion of the Phonics program, feel free to message for more enquiries.

Having Fad for my boys for the last 18 months has really changed my boys education. I have noticed a big change in my eldest son's Maths and English education. He is more and more independent in reading by himself and he has really improved in his timetables as well. My youngest son is doing, really well in his reading and can now put sentences together. I can't thank Fad enough as she really has inspired my boys in doing well in their education. We had been using dad for just over a year. She is dedicated to her work and very passionate about Montessori method of teaching. I had used 4 other tutors prior to dad and I wasn’t happy with the lack of progress that’s why I thought I would give dad a try, she ended up staying with us for more than a year. Would highly recommend her

Fad has been brilliant with our 6 year old daughter. She has been patient and our daughter loves her. She has shown very good progress and has improved in her phonics. When we started our daughter was not confident but she has developed her phonics massively. Highly recommended! Thank you Fad!

Miss Fad’s quality of teaching has been amazing. She has developed a great rapport with our son and he absolutely loves their session together! Miss Fad has helped our son be ahead of his peers with his foundation in maths and English and would highly recommend her for anyone looking to homeschool and/or private tutoring in the Montessori curriculum.

Fad teaches my 9 year old Autistic son, she is absolutely great with him. My son doesn’t trust easily and hates learning but her firm but friendly nature has helped my son feel relaxed about learning and the Montessori approach is just brilliant, it’s a more interactive approach which suits my son, it’s far less rigid than school yet highly effective.
I’ve already seen the difference at school especially with his reading even at this early stage (we started mid March). My family have commented that my sons vocabulary has improved greatly 🤗 he produces double the amount of work with Fad than school, I highly recommend her and the Montessori approach.
