My Summary

My Experience

I completed full time college course for both my NC and HNC in early education and childcare. After which, I have been employed as an Early Years Practitioner, in private nurseries within both the baby room (under 3 year old) and pre school room (3s and over). I then returned to complete my HND in Childhood Practice to start completing my BA degree in Childhood Practice.

I have also worked at primary schools with an age range of 4 to 12 as well as the after school club.

I'm trained in promoting literature and numeracy, child protection, curriculum for excellence, play (yes... it a real qualification in play lol!), child development, prevention childhood infection... Amongst lots of other child development qualifications! I'm also fully PVG police checked and trained in first aid, fire safety, food hygiene and diversity equality.

I always enjoy learning opportunities to better my practice and have continually updated my Food Hygiene, Child Protection, Manual Handling and Fire Safety training and certificates along with other training beneficial for children between 0 and 12 years old with the most recent being allegries, asthma and eplilecy, Literacy and Numeracy trackers, Nurture training and an ASD course.
Before starting my training into education and childcare, I studied counselling and nursing.

My Availability

I'm mostly available when my eldest is at work and my middle and little monkey are at school and it is just me at home if I haven't booked in supply work however, I'm happy to do weekends and evenings... just let me know :)
I love to get wrapped up and outside whenever I can with baby!
Happy to have your little one at my home (with healthy snacks/meals provided) where I have all the equipment already for babies and toddlers plus my children's room with a variety of toys!

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

Depending on how many of children, if on weekends ect. Can be discussed.
