Professional nanny and nursery nurse for 42 years.
I love my job.
Currently I look after two little ones,temporarily,until September.
I have been told I am calm,organised,cheerful,creative and loving.I sing all day!I have worked for many lovely families over the years, and have references and contact numbers to back that up.
I do not smoke,I drive,cook balanced nutritious meals from scratch,love to dance and importantly have an allergy to pets.
My Experience
Enormous.
I have experience with all ages from newborn(1 hour old!) to 12.I have lived in,and now work daily.I have worked sole charge, alongside new mums ,with parents working from home,and parents who both work very long hours.
I have cared for little ones with special needs,twins,mixed ages,nationalities,and could write a book on everything from mnappy rash solutions to making halloween costumes to slow cooker recipes for “picky eaters”!I have worked in London,Sydney,Lisbon and New York City.
I believe children are like little sponges,so every day things can be turned into fun learning experiences.Love love love to read!
A day should be full of play,cuddles and laughs.
My Qualifications
NNEB trained.36 years as a private nanny.6 years as a nursery nurse in schools,here and abroad.Experience with newborns,twins,mixed ages,special needs,different nationalities ,faiths and cultures.
Paediatric first aid,current.
OFSTED registered.
DBS check,current.
Gymnastic teacher(long time ago)
Driver,no penalties in 31 years.
