About Me
I am a fun, hard working and caring person. I have worked with Children of all ages and am always up for a challenge.
I would say I’m creative and enjoy arts & crafts activities as well as getting outside. I also LOVE animals, so am happy to help you out with any furry friends too.
I am currently a Teacher, so my availability is to fit around this. I enjoy working with children of all ages and am able to tailor my work ethic to all kinds of needs.
After travelling to over 70 countries, mostly solo, I have gained a broad range of life skills, experience and plenty of stories which I love to share with others.
My Experience
I have always been around children of every age, with my parents being foster carers. During my working life, I have been a childcare setting manager, preschool room leader, swimming teacher and now a class teacher for SEN.
I have a good understanding of the national curriculum and EYFS, I also have plenty of experience on teaching children their basic maths, English, communication and social skills. I have a fairly good understanding of Makaton too.
My Qualifications
I have clear DBS and driving license. I have also done paediatric first aid and multiple safeguarding courses.
My Availability
Due to working full time (school hours), my availability is mainly after school through the evening. Dependent on timings, I could also do some before schools.
