Hi! My name is Delta, I am 23, and I live in Woodley. I am a fun, caring, and genuine person who loves working with children. My enthusiastic personality allows me to keep up with children and their energy!
I am creative and love expressing that in different ways, whether it be arts and crafts, making music, or inventing games. I work part time as a freelance graphic designer, and I enjoy doing embroidery, aerial fitness, and learning Spanish in my spare time.
Looking after children comes very naturally to me, I think one of the reasons I get along with children so easily is because I'm a big child at heart! I like coming up with challenges and games, being active and involved in play, and even being a little crazy sometimes!
I love teaching children new things, encouraging them to be more independent, and helping them to develop healthy habits. I want to help parents to encourage positive behaviour, increase their child's confidence, and develop their emotional intelligence.
Also, if you have any specific goals you are aiming towards with your children, e.g. you'd like them to try new foods, reduce their screen time, or get them to sleep in their own beds, I am more than happy to help with that too :)
My Experience
I used to work at Busy Bees Nursery in Woodley, working with ages between zero and five. I also have done nannying and babysitting for many families with over 2 years experience. Years ago, I volunteered at Bulmershe Swimming Pool, helping disabled children (ages 8-13) to learn how to swim and I have experience with children with SEN. I also have a little sister (9) who I looked after often as she was growing up.
I recently got back from Spain, where I lived with a Spanish family as an au pair for 3 months, looking after and tutoring their two children.

11 GCSE's with grades A* to B.

With plenty of energy, enthusiasm, creativity and imagination, Delta has the ability to make everything fun and exciting. Our 3-year-old was always excited to see her. He thoroughly enjoyed playing, baking, arts & crafts and going to the park with Delta, who has been reliable as well as flexible whenever things changed at short notice. Delta is a kind and caring person and we are very happy to have met her.
