I have many years experience working with all age groups starting from babies to toddlers, young child to young adults and elderly people. I have experience with different complex needs both in children and adults. I have qualifications in Health and Social care and also hold an NVQ level 3 in children’s care, learning and development. I feel like every individual is different and that you have to learn on the job to develop different skills for different situations as every individual has different needs. I have a full Enhanced DBS for children and adults.
