Bespoke Montessori childcare, co-working and community united in one place.
Playhood helps reunite the most important things in your life. A micro Montessori preschool (6 children per day) sits alongside a calm co-working space and a friendly community of parents.
Led by an outstanding MSc degree educated (MCI) Montessori team we offer the highest quality bespoke, responsive and authentic Montessori childcare in a beautiful garden studio with free-flow access to our garden, including vegetable patch and woodland mud kitchen area. Our children participate in a wide range of in-school and neighbourhood activities including Montessori work, cooking, dance, meditation, yoga, music, food growing, creatives in residence, crafts, construction & neighbourhood adventures.
In addition parents are able to work in the tranquility of our townhouse workspace where a supportive community and great coffee ensure you're able to focus and grow your career.
Co-locating the two functions allows our members to closely collaborate with our practitioners, combining strengths and sharing in special moments.
We’re based in central Crouch End (near the library) open from 9-5 Monday-Thursday and cater for just 6 families per day.
Our children are roughly 2-4, but we may be able to take a younger child depending on their development.
