About Me
I am a trained Primary school teacher currently teaching a year 2 class. I absolutely love working with children and truly believe it is my vocation in life. I am looking to do some evening or weekend babysitting work in order to help me and my partner save for our first home. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, reading and spending time with my Cavalier King Charles, Charlie. Please do ask any questions should you have any.
My Experience
Due to my training as a primary school teacher (with SEN), I have a lot of experience working with children of a variety of ages. I also have a Masters in Disability Studies, as my specialism when training inspired me to develop my knowledge and understanding further. I have previously worked in a tutoring centre and have been a Nanny for two families for a total of 5 years, with the children ageing between 2-7 years. My most recent nannying/ babysitting was with a family of 3 boys, I frequently go back to Liverpool where I am originally from to visit them as I have remained close to the family. Again, due to my training I have completed many training courses in areas such as SEN, behaviour management, supporting children’s mental health etc. I have a full UK driving licence, DBS and emergency first aid certificate. I would be more than happy to assist in homework should it be needed.

My Availability
As a full time teacher, I am not available during weekdays. I am therefore available some weekday evenings, each Friday & Saturday evening and some day time hours on a Saturday and Sunday day time.
