My Experience
I bring a wealth of experience in working with children and young people, spanning over 6 years in various roles. My role as an SEN Behavioural Therapist and Lead Tutor, helped me to hone my skills in understanding and supporting children with diverse needs. This experience was further enriched during my role as a Learning Support Assistant in a Special Educational Needs (SEMH) school. This hands-on experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of neurodiversity and the ability to tailor my support to meet the unique needs of each child. Currently, I am dedicated to my role as a Teaching Assistant, specializing in children with Special Educational Needs. This role not only reaffirms my commitment to helping children reach their full potential but also provides me with continuous opportunities to grow as an educator and advocate for inclusive learning environments. I currently work as a Pastoral Leader in a primary school.
My Qualifications
I have a solid academic foundation, having completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Liverpool. To further specialize in the field of education and psychology, I earned my Masters in Educational Psychology from the University of Manchester. Additionally, I possess reliable transportation with a clean driving license, ensuring punctuality and accessibility. I am also proficient in technology and able to provide and create educational resources.
