About Me
I am Twenty one years old and live in Dronfield. I started a degree in Childhood Studies at Sheffield Hallam University. However after one year I unfortunately became ill and couldn’t continue my studies. In this year of studies I learned a lot and would love to offer help to parents that need to find someone responsible to look after their child/children. I have recently returned to university to complete my degree in Occupational Therapy. I have lots of patience and am reliable.
My Experience
I have lots of experience working with children. I have done child minding for multiple families, have volunteered with various organisations including the local ‘Rainbows’ girl guiding group. I completed a work placement in a Special Educational Needs school and am now confident working with children with additional needs. I know basic sign language and Makaton. I also spent a lot of time volunteering in local primary schools, which has given me an insight into the curriculum and I would love to be able to help with homework etc. My experience with children has ranged from babies to teenagers so I am very open minded.
