About Me
I love my role as a Mum (soon to be Mum of 3), and am very hands-on in my stay at home role; but because my partner is away a lot and has a heavy work load, and because we have my children’s step brother and sister with us for 40% of the time, I seek I some help! Before dedicating my time to my family I worked for a charity which promoted social mobility through education, and before that I was in academia. I enjoy cooking, I am musical, I love the countryside and I read lots and lots to the children and do all the voices :-) We are a close family and hope that someone will really enjoy joining our household. We think that the position we advertise will suit someone who doesn't necessarily have lots of nanny experience, enjoys some travel and has a flexible attitude to the working day (not all weeks look the same…).
My Requirements
We seek a full-time, live out nanny (or Mother’s Helper) based in North Oxford to join our household. The position suits someone with some au pair experience who is ready to take on a bigger role in childcare. I have an 6 year old daughter, a 3 year old son, and am expecting another little boy in August 2025. My partner has 2 other young children, ages 9 and 11, who are with us 40% of the time. We travel in school holidays so are looking for someone who will enjoy moving around (mainly to Jersey and Switzerland). We provide separate accommodation for our nanny when abroad so we all get some privacy. We offer a competitive salary and full term contract. Ideally our new nanny will stay with us for a few years.
