About Me
Hi, I have just completed my Masters in Fine at am looking to commit to up to 6 days week of childcare a week (Am of course flexible to your schedule/needs throughout the week).
I have 5 years’ experience in childcare as an Early years art teacher and have taught children from 3 - 16 including those with SEN. I would love to bring my experience caring for children and understanding of their needs to a family in need of some extra help.
I am organised, punctual and l commit myself to the role to ensure a smooth running of the day. With my recent graduation from my Masters I can also be very flexible during the week and offer my time from early morning to evening if need be. If ever you need to work late or have last minute plans I am always more than happy to step if possible.
I provide care that balances fun with structure to ensure your children are getting the most out of their spare time. I love to be creative with children, and aim to illustrate how creative activities away from their screens can bring them as much excitement as their screens do.

My Experience
For the past two years I was an after-school nanny for two children, the youngest of whom had autism. I picked up the children from school; took them to their extracurricular activities; cooked and prepared healthy snacks; cleaned the kitchen/dining area for the family and read with and to the children. I organised creative activities to entertain them as they were not allowed tablets or phones. This included, but was not limited to baking, crafts and drawing games. I have also worked as an Early Years art teacher at Rathfern Primary School and a workshop leader at the children’s charity Sir Hubert von Herkomer Arts Foundation.

I am available to start asap and will work with your needs to create a timetable that works for both of us. I am primarily available on weekdays, however, I am by all means open to working weekends as well in the case of emergencies/last-minute plans
