About Me
My wife (Jess) and I currently live in Oxford with our son, Pip, but due to changes in our work, will be moving back to Ealing in late September. Pip is nearly one, and is constantly in the go. He loves walking, exploring, getting messy and is constantly laughing and happy. His favourite thing is our dog, Arnie. Jess and I are both doctors, and therefore will be working relatively long hours. It is therefore incredibly important to us that Pip feels at him with, and loved by, whoever is looking after him whilst we are at work.
My Requirements
Pip started at a childminder in Oxford a couple of months ago, and has been absolutely loving it, but slightly short notice, Jess and I are now having to rotate back to London for work. We will be living on the Northfields/Hanwell border, and from the beginning of October, are looking for childcare with some flexibility that is close by. Jess will be working Monday to Thursday, whilst I will be working three long days and two shorter days/week. My long and short days will likely change each week. Due to the nature of our work, finish times can be slightly unpredictable, but as a baseline, it is likely that we will require childcare from 08:00-18:00 Monday - Thursday. However, this would likely reduce to either 09:00-17:00, or half days on my 'short' days. Because we both work shifts/on calls, there may also be some weeks where we don't need care. Flexibility is therefore relatively important to us.
