My name is Robyn I'm 24 years old. I am caring, patient, reliable and committed to making a positive difference to children in my care. I'm also responsible and friendly and enjoy trying craft projects, cooking, cleaning and being outside. As someone who comes from a large family I have a lot of experience looking after children of all ages.I have found that many children enjoy when you engage with them mentally as well as physically so I like to encourage exploring outdoors and understanding nature in an informative and fun way.
I'm a fully qualified Beauty Therapist and Hairdresser and I have also worked part time through an agency in nursery's to support them when short staffed and also have an enhanced DBS check.
My Experience
I have plenty of informal babysitting experience as I have three younger siblings myself who I helped changed nappies, prepare bottles of milk, sterilize bottles and then entertain and help them learn while spending time with them as they've grown older. I have also frequently looked after younger cousins and children from the family.
Currently I’m a nanny for two different families within the week. I help get the children up for the day ready for school and then do school and nursery run. I also do school and nursery pick up and then provide dinner, help with homework or any other activities, take children to afterschool clubs, shower time and ready for bed. I also look after the younger children throughout the day while the other children are at school and nursery.
My Qualifications
Although I don't any particular qualifications relating to childcare. I am dedicated to ensuring the care and safety to young children. I have an Enhanced DBS Check.
My Availability
I'm currently available from Monday-Friday during holiday times and term times in the Bromley area. I do drive but don’t currently have a car however I am happy to take public transport should it be necessary.
