Outstanding childcare, 10/10

Mandeep has looked after my daughter for the past year, during which I was studying for a nursing degree. It has been quite challenging with juggling online learning, placements and university.
Throughout Mandeep has been flexible, understanding my ever changing scedule and always equipt if a problem arises.
(Example if she has been ill, she has an assistant ready to step in).
Unfortunately 6 months ago my eldest daughter was the victim of a hit and run, (she was in critical condition) I had to defer my university place until feb. Mandeep has been a source of support especially for my youngest daughter still having her once a week to maintain their relationship. She was so understanding, and knew the importance of trying to keep some routine. Whilst with Mandeep, my daughter gets to explore outside, often going to our local heath- here the children do nature trails and name local wildlife and find hidden gems.
The most important thing my daughter would say is Mandeeps home cooking, yummy rotis.
She has installed boundaries with my child, which she does in a fair, caring way.
She also uses stickers as a reward system, this works wonders for my child.
Mandeep is a great childminder, she always puts my mind at ease by having open communication and sending lots of welcomed photos and videos.
It can be daunting choosing childcare, but Mandeep does everything to put my mind at rest. Thanks to her support I am able to return to university in the next couple of weeks knowing my child is comfortable and being looked after properly.

Incredible

She did an outstanding job of caring for my son, and she treated him as if he were her own. I found her to be very flexible, kind, and friendly. My son seemed to enjoy his time with her.

Brilliant

Mandeep is a very sweet and caring individual which made it so much easier to choose her to look after my daughter. She sent me videos of their activities and assured me things were ok. My daughter took to her straight away on her first day and also enjoyed playing with the kids that were there too, they all made her feel very welcome.

Cooperative

I am a foreigner came to UK with one kid. I was having hard time finding decent childminder for my kid. Luckily I found Mandi. She is very cooperative and considerate. She even gives me relaxation in fees. I highly appreciates her efforts that she puts to take care my kid.

Outstanding

Mandeep is very experienced with looking after all children from different backgrounds and ages and you can tell by the way she makes you and children feel at home.
My experience with her has been very good and i am so happy that i found her on this website.
She has lots of toys at home for kids to play with indoors as well as doing different activities with the children and taking them outdoors to the park to play.
I greatly recommend mandeep
She is a genious !!!

Outstanding

An urgent personal matter came up late in the day (around 8PM) and I had to go out for around 3 hours. My 3 year old son was alone and I didn't know what to do. Luckily I got Mandeep's contact and gave her a call. Even though it was late and I had not met her or contacted her previously she was ready to help. Late evenings my son has never stayed without me, it was first time for him and I was really worried how he will stay. Hats off to Mandeep she was able to keep him calm. She kept me updated on how he is doing and shared photos and videos. I can confidently recommend Mandeep to anyone looking out for a Child minder. Thanks a lot Mandeep.

Great and good experience

I had a good experience with Mandeep , in all respects. The house is clean. She treats children wonderfully. My son Yanis he had a wonderful and fun time with her.
In short, she has good experience in dealing with children .

A great start

Looking for a suitable child provider can be difficult. My youngest son has been the only one of my children to need a Childminder and I have picked well. Mandeep has been thorough and extremely professional. I feel content my son is I good hands. She has many activities for children to enjoy and has sent me pictures and videos to prove it. I can recommend her anytime.

A wonderfull mother

Mandeep is a wonderful mother. I needed her help, I helped myself a lot. My daughter was very happy when she saw her. My daughter is usually afraid of new people around her, but with Mandeep she was very brave, she played with her, she interacted with her. What I liked, the house was very clean, had a lot of toys and interacting with children. I highly recommend Mandeep.

One word Magician

Mandeep has a magic wand, I must say. First day when I left my daughter just for couple of hours I was sure she ll cry for me but she never asked for me instead Mandeep shared a video of her playing. I surely recommend. So homely yet professional. A teacher like mother. You feel stress free when your child is in safe hands and that is Mandeep. Thankyou so much my dear. God bless you
