Never seen my 3yo comfortable with anyone as Mande

Where should I start from? Leaving your kid specially the little 1 with anyone specially a starnger is never easy. I was really worried as she is very shy and hasn’t started speaking that well. I was viewing many childminders profile but god knows why, I always ended up in Mandeep and another experienced childminder’s profile. But ofcourse after seeing not just her good reviews but registered, satisfied profile on the website, I felt that positive vibe. She replied my queries and I explained my needs and about my little 1 to Mandeep on childcare message chat. We arranged an appointment to see the place and she was more than happy to show her certificates too.
I was very embarassed on our 1st meeting. While I was explaining about my little 1’s shy nature, there she was already making herself comfortable and playing with Mandeep’s son 😳. I was so surprised to see that. She was even trying to communicate with Mandeep. I knew that moment that she is the 1. I didn’t take another moment to say ‘Yes’.
Then there was a problem as it was time to leave. My luttle 1 refused to leave🤦‍♀️. She started crying. We had to carry her out.
Everyday she leaves a happy child whenever she sees Mandeep. Mandeep always send me the updates of her day via messages and videos. I can see her having a great time there. At the end of the day, though she’s happy to see me, she always runs after her car saying, ‘Bye friend. Bye car’.
It feels like there’s a 2nd home for her when I am at work and I can just relax and focus at work and study.

Amazing care and peace of mind

I can’t say enough thanks to Mandeep , she took care of my non verbal son , who is challenging, but openly and lovingly took great care of him and also was very happy and comfortable with her , As a parent with a child of special needs we face many challenges , but I can say honestly I’ve never been so happy to have left my son to be looked after with such a lovely Lady , and felt so safe leaving him there to be looked after , will definitely go back to Mandeep , thank you so kindly for taking excellent care and giving me peace of mind .. really appreciated it !

A professional and lovely lady

I was so nervous about leaving my little girl with someone new but Mandeep has put all of those nerves to bed. My usually shy (at first) little girl usually takes a while to get comfortable with new people but she took to Mandeep and her lovely home straight away.
Mandeep has this gift of making you feel like a friend from the very beginning and yet she maintains the professionalism needed for her demanding role.

I'd happily recommend Mandeep to any mum.

Trustworthy and Caring

I had bad experience in the past with other provider but Mandeep made me feel very comfortable to leave my son with her. My son is quite moody and have tantrums but Mandeep knows how to deal with it in the best way. My son really enjoy the company of her cute son too. Friendly and caring even just for one day. I highly recommend and I will going back to her 100%.

Great experience

I'd never left my 5 year old son with anyone before Mandeep. He has additional needs and she made me feel very comfortable and reassured about leaving him and took the time and effort to find out everything about him. She is very caring and friendly and I am very happy with my experience.

A very kind sweet woman

Mandeep made my daughter feel very happy and loved my daughter said she had a wonderful time. Mandeep sent me videos and texts to show how my daughter was doing which was wonderful. My daughter also stayed overnite she must have felt safe as she slept good and slept in I would recommend mandeep to my friends as she truly is a lovely person and I will be going back when I need a sitter again

Best childminder EVER

I have 3 children 2 elder so I have had childminders previously.
I have never met such a attentive
Assertive friendly fun loving childminder like mandeep
She is so reliable and always keeps you informed daily.
Her flexibility is amazing and my son loves her so much she's part of our family now
Don't know what we would have done without her

Mandeep has looked after my 6 year old daughter for the past couple of months, I initially found it quite difficult the idea of using a childminder (esp as my child can be quite challenging)- However Mandeep has made this transition easier, by being patient, kind and importantly she has been very understanding as I am a Nursing student my timetable often changes and when I am on duty I finish late not getting back until 9pm.
Mandeep makes every effort to ensure my child feels comfortable, she encourages play through different activities including colouring/cutting/sticking -making creative objects with the children.
She takes them out, allowing them to explore outside - so important at the moment !
Most recently she made my daughter her traditional food and she ate it, this is a massive achievement as my child is a fussy eater.
This for me is a personal extra as it teaches my daughter about different cultures and adds on to her knowledge of understanding the world.
Mandeep understands that I am a little apprehensive with the uncertainties at the moment, so much so that she makes effort to message me and sends me videos of my child having fun, so I can see on my breaks that she is perfectly fine.
I appreciate the support and help from Mandeep and would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of using a childminder.
I started my degree last year and with the pandemic was stuck for childcare, Mandeep has really been a huge help and I am unsure if I would have been able to continue without her.

Wonderful experience

I recently came in contact with Mandeep and she is wonderful in her work. A superb mom herself, she has looked after my son brilliantly. I am more thankful to her in making efforts to discipline my little naughty boy.
She is very supportive, understanding and flexible. I highly recommend her to all those parents who are looking for a professional childcare with personal touch.
