Hi! I'm Antonia, 27 years old, passionate about working with children and babies, and always trying to provide them the best possible I can for a great start in their lives. I am responsible, hard-working, enthusiastic, adaptable, and always child-focused in my work.
I am from Greece but I also speak fluently English and Spanish. I love music, sports, animals, reading books, and discovering new places.
My Experience
I have been working with babies and children aged from 8 months to 12 years old for the last 5 years in various settings. My bachelor's degree is in Music Education (University of Macedonia, Greece) and I just finished my master's degree in Music Therapy at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh.
I have experience working in Primary Schools and Special schools in Scotland, Spain and Greece as a music teacher and a pupil support assistant. I now offer piano and music lessons to babies and children of any age. I use a child-centred approach, always trying to follow their needs and building love for music through playful activities.
I have experience working with children with special needs, and I use a lot of music in my work, whether it is singing or playing the guitar and other percussion instruments.
