Hi! My name is Duncan, and I’m from Newbury in Berkshire.
I am an actor and a husband who loves to work with, champion, and look after children. My work allows me to travel, but depending on the busy-ness of life, I can be stationary for large periods of time allowing me to give full focus on your child. I am very open about my acting work so please do contact me if you have any questions about how this if you have concerns on how this may impact my work with your child(ren). I love cooking, singing, and dancing and I am always looking to get the child involved in all three! I also love reading, particularly fiction that explores truthful human experiences, my favourite writers are Barney Norris and Celeste Ng.
I have recently moved to Twickenham, London.
My Experience
As the primary substitute foster carer for my parents and my in-laws over six years, I have experience with children from 6 months to 12 y/o with very different, individual, emotional or behavioural needs. Some of these diagnosed needs have been, ADHD, autism, ADD, depression and anxiety. I have experience in trauma-informed learning/tutoring, and I am a trained Mental Health First Aider.

My Availability
I am available every day apart for Sundays. Morning and evening, day and night.
PLEASE NOTE: I currently work with an 11 year-old boy part-time during school hours. This agreement is in place until the end of October and I would therefore be limited with my availability until then.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
Nannying / Weekday Childcare - £15-17/hr (plus travel expenses) depending on the income of the family.
Babysitting starts at £10/hr.
I am used to working with families with varied incomes (particualrly due to working with foster/adoptiv families!) so if you would be interested in my services but do not feel able to pay my rates, please do reach out anyway. I'd be happy to explore possible solutions!
