My Experience

I have worked in the childcare industry for fifteen years now, spending time in three different nurseries working with all ages of children, and also spending time with four fantastic nanny families - the most recent being for triplet one year old boys (who I cared for until they turned three and went to nursery). I spent two years managing a very successful nursery in Berkshire, where our focus was Outdoor Learning. This was lots of fun! I am a strong believer that children grow best with plenty of fresh air (and muddy puddle splashing too!) There are hundreds of journeys and adventures that a simple walk in the woods or park can take you on!

I wake up each day with a mission to make every day different and every day fun. I like to go above and beyond in my work, as I believe that a job in childcare is quite possibly the most rewarding job you could wish for. I feel privileged to be able to play a part in helping to shape and grow the little people that I work with. Their childhood is such an important and precious time and I like to make each day count!

I have just re-activated my childcare profile again after welcoming my own child in September 2023, a very happy and content little boy called Cassidy. I would absolutely love to find a nanny family who would welcome not only me, but Cassidy too. After recently working with a gorgeous set of triplets, I have seen first-hand all the benefits that having permanent playmates brings each day!

I am never afraid to get my hands dirty and like to help out wherever I can. I may have only recently had my own child, but I fully understand the busy-ness and ‘juggling’ that being a parent involves - I am here to help you!

My Qualifications

• Designated Safeguarding Lead Training
• Paediatric First Aid at Work (12hr)
• NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development
• NVQ Level 3 in Management
• Safeguarding the Welfare of Children and Young People
• The Autistic Spectrum
• FGM
• Food Hygiene
• Supporting Language as an Additional Language in the Early Years
• (and many more day/evening courses)

My Availability

Available Monday - Thursday (can discuss Fridays!)

Babysitting - often available, however sometimes might need to be with my son in tow.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
