About Me
I am an OFSTED registered childminder with over thirty years experience and have qualifications in Childcare. During this time I have worked in a wide range of settings with children ranging from 3 months to 11 years.
I draw on my experience to provide a caring, safe and stimulating environment using my knowledge to provide an extensive range of play experiences, keeping learning and enjoyment at the forefront of all of these. Helping each child to become independent by focusing on the basic skills needed, for pre-school children I follow the National Strategy Framework.
Outings to the park, nature walks and pre-school groups will all be risk assessed .
I have a dedicated playroom, garden and play resource.
I hold a clean driving license.
My Experience
My experience has been as a Nursery Nurse in Day Nurseries and homes.
My last working experience before relocating was as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School for fifteen years.
