About Me
Hi, We're Dani and Elliot! we have 2 gorgeous kids. Noah (4) and Autumn (1). We both run our businesses from home - Elliot is an investor and property developer, runs mostly on coffee and an iphone charger, and often works away.
Dani has had a business as a conscious parenting coach (although that bit is currently on pause since baby #2) and is currently building a conscious community and home-ed village in Sussex (yay) whilst being primary carer for our children. Our kids will be (are?!) home-ed, specifically with an unschooling approach.
But we need help! We are struggling to do it all by ourselves. We really believe that it "takes a village" so we are calling in our village - someone to come and support us in raising happy, healthy, emotionally healthy children.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone to come and join our family. One of our biggest values is love and connection, and we want you to be part of that. Although we don't currently have space for you to live with us, we want you to feel at home here, and we want our children to really love being with you. It is difficult to use the checkboxes to outline the kind of help we need, as I think it's a bit out the box - it's a not just another pair of hands, its another heart, too. So I would love to have someone come and share the parenting, someone who shares our values (unschooling/conscious parenting), and be fluid and flexible in what needs doing, together :)
I envisage sharing the 'hanging out' at home stuff - being together, doing some washing, making coffee, making meals, cleaning, reading stories, changing a nappy, finding a lost lego piece :) .. being available for whatever needs doing in the moment! We would also love to have the odd occasion where we go out and leave the children in your loving care, we dream of being able to go out for dinner by ourselves again!
We are flexible on exact days and timings, and this can be decided in conversation. It will be a part time role, with hours increasing over time as we all get to know eachother.
