Subha is simply brilliant. She is kind, professional and so supportive, her setting is a real home away from home. It’s a beautiful set up, with a studio in the back of an immaculately kept garden and house full of fantastic toys for the children to enjoy.
My daughter has been going to Subha since she was 13 months, Subha was pivotal in her walking, potty training (not one instance of nappy rash in the lead up to this) and early years development with speech and numbers in addition to socialising and reinforcing positive, kind and helpful values. It’s this immeasurable influence that sets her far apart from other settings. Subha and her lovely assistant Aunty Mala ensures the children are always engaged through arts & crafts, music, story time and local visits to community classes, soft play, parks and fruit picking in the summer. Mealtimes are also thoughtfully prepared with a healthy variety of fruits / vegetables.
As first time parents we visited a few nurseries and were left feeling a little defeated. On finding Subha, we knew our daughter would thrive with her from our initial visit and she has more than we could have imagined. So much so that despite moving to epsom our daughter (now 4) continued attending Subhas daycare until now as she is starting at a local school.
The cherry on the cake is Subha has a lovely way of brightening your day after a long day at work with her warm demeanour . She’s been such a wonderful support system to our family. Our daughter will continue to attend her setting during upcoming holidays (subject to availability) as her influence is simply one we don’t want to be without.

"Auntie" Subha has been looking after our twin boys since our previous childminder moved out of the area in Spring 2020. When we first visited Subha's setting we were extremely impressed by her set up. She has a spacious, purpose built studio at the rear of the house and paved garden for the children to play in and everything is clean and modern.
Although Subha's excellent premises was a big plus for us, over time we've come to appreciate that the real gem was Subha herself! She's been an excellent communicator which has been all the more important during these Covid times and runs a very professional service. On a number of occasions she's been able to fit in extra days at short notice, which has been a great help.
Most importantly, she's been great with our boys. It's clear that they have a great rapport and they have always been happy to go to Subha's in the morning and are in a great mood when we pick them up. We've had them at other settings where they were not so happy and were reluctant to go. I think a big part of her success with our boys is the personal touch she gives, she's been fun and nurturing with them, but also knows how to set a good example and encourage good behaviour.
Our boys have now started nursery at primary school and we were very sad to have to take them out of Subha's setting. I think you'd be hard pushed to find a better childminder. Thank you Subha, you've been fantastic!!!

My daughter and son started at Auntie Subha’s setting in 2018 when they were 3 and 1. When you step inside Subha’s house you feel relaxed and welcomed by the organised layout: there’s a pleasant, large space in between the main house and a lovely back room as the nursery. Auntie Subha and her assistant Auntie Mala are brilliant aunties: the kids are taken to the park whenever the weather allows, to playgroups for arts and crafts, to soft play for action, summer holidays include fruit picking and paddling pool fun. Apart from the fun side, Subha makes sure the kids eat well, are clean (never a nappy rash) and when I was concerned about my eldest’s learning, Subha made sure she practiced phonics and numbers. You can also tell by how well her two lovely teenagers behave (my son adores Subha’s lad). Finally, I would like to add that parents are also in it for a treat: Auntie Subha occasionally makes her delicious curries for you to take home!!

I can’t fault Subha. Our son loves going there and always has so much fun. He talks excitedly about the things he’s done while there. It’s a caring and structured setting with Subha taking the utmost care of the little ones.
It almost feels like he’s with a member of the family when there and Subha goes above and beyond when looking after our little one and provides the support every child needs.

Subha and her assistant Mala were amazing. Our son has been with Subha since he was 7 months old. Like other first time parents, it was a really difficult choice for us to make to send our little baby but Subha made us feel very assured and comfortable and our son loved her and her place from day one. He has grown so much and became a lovely and bright young gentleman who learned sharing, even his favourite snacks and tidying up!
Unfortunately due to difficulty with commuting, we have decided to send our boy to a local nursery near home. This really is a sad decision and we really appreciate everything Subha did to our family and we will never forget. Thank you Subha and Mala, we will miss you! X

Our daughter has been under Subha's care for almost a year now and we couldn't be more pleased with the level of care she has recieved.
When I first visited Subha I knew instantly she was the childminder for us, her setting is second to none, she has a dedicated room and a lovely garden filled with lots of toys and learning materials for the children and you can really see how much the children enjoy it there. But in addition to this she also allows the kids to be a part of the home which was really important to me when finding a childminder.
Subha absolutely went out of her way to ensure our daughter settled in well initially and she is such a natural with all of the kids. It was a really hard time for me as I was returning to work and felt quite upset about having to leave my daughter but Subha really did make it so much easier. We receive regular pictures and updates on what our daughter is up to and at the end of the day she always makes time for a chat about anything she has been doing throughout the day. Our daughter is naturally quite shy in new surroundings but she now wakes up every morning and wants to be taken to Subha's house.
Subha has a great routine for the kids and is super organised, she takes them to the park regularly, to other childcare groups and to the farm. She plans activities for Mothers day, pancake day, Easter and Christmas you name it! I visited a few settings before deciding on Subha and in all honesty no one compared! Her home is also spotless, she really prides herself in having a clean, warm and loving environment for the kids
Subha has also been very accomodating when I've had to make last minute changes to our scheduled days, she is most definitely one of the most reliable childminders around! She has kept us well informed about any planned holidays - which she definitely doesn't take enough of.
We really can not thank Subha enough for everything she has done for our daughter over the past year, she has become a part of our daily lives and we really don't think we could have picked anyone better at all.

Our children (now 3 and 6) were with Subha for almost 2 years. We joined her setting after a recommendation from a close friend. The children loved Subha from the first moment. She was exceptionally accommodating to two very busy parents and communicated very well with us throughout the day. She is warm, flexible, caring and a genuinly lovely person. We have no hesitation recommending Subha to anyone.

Subha has been my son's childminder for 4 years now and I would recommend her to any parent without hesitation. Subha is one of the most flexible, reliable and supportive childminders you will find, and she tops that off with an innate ability to care for children. Subha's approach to both the parent and the child is open, transparent and collaborative, and will work to support you as what can only be described as a co-parent. Whether you need help with potty training, ironing out eating habits or just generally addressing day to day things - in Subha you will find a partner who will work with you specifically to achieve what is best for your child.
Subha is the most organised woman I have met - she impressed me in the first instance when I met her with preempting any questions I would have and having all the necessary documentation to hand. She maintains regular communication & dialogue, sends lots of pictures, and arranges regular activities for children - trips to the parks, library, days out for a movie or play area, Halloween parties etc. Her manners are impeccable and she passes that on to the children - all the children in her care are polite and I can safely say each child will bring home a valentine's card, mothers/fathers' day card. She operates a safe, clean and inclusive environment, where diversity is celebrated. She has extensive space for the children (an additional building at the back of her house where the children can relax and a garden), an ample supply of toys, and she is extremely clean. My son always enjoys his meals at Subha's and often bakes little treaties to bring home.
Subha has been an immense and consistent source of support over the past 4 years - she is available to support when I have unexpected emergencies at work and has looked after my boy overnight as well. My son trusts Subha immensely and is happy in her environment - some of his best friends were friendships he found at Subha's. There is little more I can say here other than that over the past four years, Subha has proved to be so much more than a just a childminder.

We have been with Subha for more than two years and what a lovely experience we have had and we still have. She looks after my daughter Léonie as if she is one of her own. The love and care she receives is literally invaluable. Léonie is always well fed, clean and happy. She also has made so many friends and is thoroughly enjoying herself.
She has learnt so much since being with Subha. She has been nurturing her to become a more confident little girl and specially more independent.
Subha has a range of toys, books and a lot of space in her home. We will always be seduced by her nursery area, specially built and dedicated to be a hub for for the little ones.
She maintains a good level of communication with me, texts, photos and discussions when dropping off/collecting my daughter which I appreciate.
You can rest assured that Subha will detect any anomalies with your child and inform you as soon as she has noticed it. This is a testimony to her meticulous and uncompromising approach to your child safety as she has been doing with ours.
Subha is a warm, loving, fun and a very experienced childminder and my daughter adores her and enjoys time spent with her.
Léonie will very often talk us about Subha in a light that is only reminiscent of a close family member. We are absolutely at peace when Léonie is with Subha.
She’s very flexible and understanding, which helps tremendously! She has made being a working parent much less stressful.
I always know and feel that with Subha, she is at home. I highly recommend Subha, she is always happy, loving and caring and a real joy for all of the children and parents that come to her. At the weekend, Léonie often demands to be dropped off st Subha’s. Needless to go into the amount of explaining and negotiating.
That’s why in practice of what we preach, Subha will look after our second child who is on the way.

I’ve been with Subha for just over a year now, I was returning to work when my son was just 5 ½ months old so this was a very stressful time for me. I was also breastfeeding at the time so the bond I have with my son was incredibly close and I wanted to make sure he would continue to feel close to someone and trust them.
I had no idea what to expect with settling in session as this is my first child, but wow Subha made me feel very comfortable and reassured me throughout the sessions. Once you meet Subha you can tell she’s a fantastic mother just has the natural motherly touch and very affectionate.
Subha has never take a day sick and if holiday is taken you know well in advance, I’ve never had any issues Subha has been so reliable I’ve never had to worry in this department.
My son is growing so well and becoming such a smart boy with great manners and I can also thank Subha for this, working well together to ensure we get the best results and any teething problems we approach in the development areas we’re also able to work together to resolve this. This is really important for me as I want the best for my Son (I’m sure everyone does) and I want him to be brought up well with good manners and show respect.
Subha always has a great variety of outdoor and indoor activities for the children, it’s lovely to get pictures on almost a daily basis to see what they’ve been up to. (helps when you’re having a hard day, really brightens up the day) She has a separate building at the back of her garden which is essentially a self-contained nursery complete with toilet facilities for the children.
I’ve also used Subha to look after my son overnight on a weekend and never had any worries.
My son absolutely adores Subha and is so comfortable with her, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her enough she is absolutely amazing, so friendly and always smiling and very flexible.
I’m so happy I have met someone like Subha more than a child minder to me she’s just like family.
