We used Subha's setting for after school and occasional school holidays care for two years. My son absolutely loved staying with her, settled in very quickly and established a very special personal relationship with her.
Subha has an excellent balance of being warm, loving and firm when needed, which I valued a lot having an active and mischievous boy! She has been very (very!) reliable, flexible and responsive. Also always so friendly, calm and composed.
We have been very happy with her care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others!

My two children (a boy and a girl) have been with Subha for 3 wonderful and happy years and I would recommend her to anybody without hesitation.
My little boy started when he was a year old and my daughter when she was 3.
The moment I met Subha, i just knew I'd found the right person to look after my kids. She is warm and loving and such a genuine person. I never worried that she was someone different when the parents weren't around! My kids felt at home at all times - I've lost track of the times I'd drop them off in the morning, they'd go straight in and not even look back to say goodbye.
Subha's setting is absolutely brilliant - plenty to do for boys and girls, loads of space to run around, inside and out. It's spotlessly clean and safe. When my eldest started homework, Subha was such a life-saver. She was always happy to sit with her to do reading, english, maths, spelling whatever it was that day so that we didn't have to do it at 7pm at night when we're all exhausted.
When my youngest started potty training, Subha was a great help in that department too.
Subha is loving but she's also firm about manners and good behaviour, especially at the table for mealtimes. My kids actually started thanking me for meals on the weekends. Nice!
She's also 100% reliable. In fact, I need to ask her what vitamins she's on because she has never taken even one sick day in all the time I've known her!
I would not hesitate to recommend Subha to anybody, whatever the age or stage of your child. She's a gem - a realist, totally approachable, so flexible, just a really good person to have in your life.

From my initial meeting with Subha I was very impressed with her and her setting. She was very friendly, professional and organised and able to provide all relevant documentation and answer all my questions confidently. She has a separate building at the back of her garden which is essentially a self contained nursery complete with toilet facilities for the children. She looked after my son Kieran for almost a year one day a week (as his nursery were unable to accommodate an additional day when I changed my hours) until he started full-time school in September 2016. I never had any concerns regarding his care with her and he enjoyed his time there. I like that she was very personable and sent me photos on Whatsapp of Kieran enjoying his day, which was very nice and reassuring. She always included plenty of outdoor play whether that was in the garden at her house or on trips to local parks. She provided all meals and snacks during the day so there was no need to prepare food in advance. She also has an Assistant who works for her on busier days. She is very hard-working and hardly takes any time off even during school holidays. I would highly recommend Subha to any parents looking for an excellent childminder in the Morden area.

I will definitely recommend Subha as a childminder. My son has been with Subha since he was about 1 year and 3 months. I knew things were going to work out as my son was happier here almost immediately and sometimes did not want to leave when we came for pick up. Huge contrast to his old nursery where he looked sad at pick up time. Subha was warm, loving and affectionate with him and that played a huge role in our decision to stay with her. He's 4 now and he adores Subha and her family. You can trust that your child is in excellent care at Subha's home as it's very spacious and the kids love to play in the garden. She keeps it spotless! It's very conveniently located to schools and parks etc. My son has made so many cherished friendships at Subha's. They are all very polite and well behaved and this is defnite testament to the groundings of discipline and good manners that Subha maintains with the kids. The wide ranging age group of the kids really helped my son as he doesn't currently have brothers and sisters so they are his family! He's more confident and self assured and I am sure the interactions with the kids has helped with this.
Subha is one of the most dedicated and flexible childminders out there! She rarely goes on holiday (although we have teased her that she should as it is well deserved !). We've used her for evening and weekend services and on the odd occasion she's been there for us for last minute emergency calls too.
She is very straightforward and direct which we like and this has helped in our relationship to address any issue's head on.
Sadly my son will be moving on to a scool that's not convenient for drop off's and pickups for Subha but we will still be using her services ad hoc for half terms etc. So we will be around for a while !

Subha has looked after our little girl since she was 10 months till now, at 4 years, and quite honestly we could not have asked for a more competent, kind and loving carer for our child. If you meet her, you will instantly feel at home and confident in her abilities - and if you meet the kids she looks after, you will also see how lovely, well-rounded, polite and well brought up they are, which is in no small part due to Subha's care.
She is also possibly the most flexible, hard-working and reliable person ever, rarely if ever taking holidays and able to help with emergent childcare needs in almost every instance.
We are so sad to have to leave as our daughter starts a new school, but are beyond grateful for everything she has done for us, and how much she has become part of our family. Meggy misses you everyday!! Thank you so much for everything.

My daughter first started going to Subha from 1years old, I spent a lot of time looking around and visiting different childcare providers but when I met Subha I really liked her and had a good feeling. It was the right choice as my daughter settled in immediately and was very happy.
Over the last 3 years she has grown so much in Subah's care and has made little friends that she will keep forever.
I cannot recommend her enough! We will miss Subha.

I've been using Subha's childminding service for 2 years now, since my daughter Lily-Ann started reception class/primary school. A month before school started, I was still without a child-minder to do the school run for me and look after Lily-Ann until I got back from work in the evening. I was very worried as I had no family or help to do that job. Even though it was becoming an urgent situation, I didn't want to leave my daughter with just anyone or a person I didn't feel right about.
Well, soon after meeting Subha, I knew she was the right person for the job. Lily-Ann settled in immediately and is very happy there. Subha treats Lily-Ann like she does her own kids - showing her so much love. There's no shortage of cuddles in Subha's house! What I also like is the way Subha handles instances where the children misbehave or have little misunderstandings between themselves. She definitely has the care and necessary skills; and genuinely wants the best for all the kids.
Performing well in school is also important to Subha and she sets aside time for Lily-Ann and the school age kids to do their homework, read or revise; not just all play play play. This is a big help for me personally as I am a single mum working full time and don't get home early enough in the week to do as much with Lily-Ann as I'd like.
Subha has a lovely big house and now has a lovely detached nursery at the rear end, which has all the facilities and space needed for young ones.
In summary, I have TOTAL PEACE OF MIND when my child is in Subha's hands. Subha is again very loving, caring, honest, she listens, understands and takes all comments on board. She is accommodating as much as possible and I'm so glad I found her when I did. God sent!

Subha has been looking after our two little ones for almost 2 years now (my boy is nearly 3, my little girl is 5). My children literally skip into her home when we drop them off in the mornings and they have truly blossomed under her care. Her home is spotless, she feeds them healthy, nutritious, delicious meals and successfully kicked off potty training with my youngest earlier this year. Subha has effortlessly coordinated various school drop offs and pick ups, even during the tricky settling in stages for nursery and reception. Subha is so easy to talk to and nothing is ever a problem - if we have special requests from food to sunscreen application to talking to teachers at the school gate. My children's manners have improved immeasurably under her care - please's and thank you's abound these days, what a pleasure! More than anything, Subha showers so much love and attention on my children, as if they were her own. They run to her for hugs and cuddles and get ridiculously excited if they even see her car in traffic. Subha!!! Subha!!! We've also used her overnight services when we went away for a weekend and my kids didn't want to leave, they had so much fun!
She is such a good person with a kind and loving heart and we feel so lucky that she's in our lives and plays such an active part in the care of our children while we're at work. We love her dearly and cannot recommend her enough to anyone who wants only the best for their children.

Subha provides an excellent service. She looked after Ariana like she was her own daughter, and I never worried about leaving Ariana with her. I would even go so far as saying I'd trust her more than I trust myself with Ariana's safety!
Subha is an excellent communicator and whenever I had any questions about anything, fees, activities etc. she was always very open and we discussed everything early, which left little room for the development of problems. Subha went over and above too, helping me out with weekend babysitting on occasion, and she was also open to discuss and agree on a fee.
Ariana loved her time at Subha's and was there for more than three years. In the end we had to leave because Ariana moved to a school in Kensington and that wasnt practical for drop off / pick up.
I hope to use Subha's services again in the future on an ad-hoc basis if she has the available space.

We could not have asked for anyone better to care for our son. Subha guided us through the settling in process and our son was settled into a routine in no time.
Subha is knowledgeable and loving, and she quickly recognises your child's personality and care needs. From the first meeting with subha we had no doubts that she was the right person for us and we have never once worried when our son is in her care.
Subha provides a varied programme of activities for the children and they all interact and establish friendships which was very important to us.
Having no family nearby I was anxious about childcare for our son but it couldn't have gone smoother and our son clearly benefits from the care he is given by subha.
We are all so sad to be leaving Subha but we are moving out of the area and have tried to think of any way possible that we could keep our son with her! Unfortunately it's not possible but I have no doubt that Subha will soon have another little treasure to care for.
