My Requirements

Hi there!

I am looking for a nanny for my dear boy who is slowly turning fully verbal.
He likes to play and learn all day as for a period he had some delays that we had overcome with the help of playing sessions with his other nanny. He is much advanced academically(knows how to read, knows thousands of words but not using them socially a lot), feels more attached and understood by adults, all day he s just hugs, tickles and games with us. He has some immunity issues and food intolerances we work on so we kept him at home as nursery and school has been delayed for a while for his best interest.

The child has a very funny and calm personality .I never heard him shouting And we never had bad behaviours with him. Since he has been 2 he was around amazing early years professionals that just modelled him very well, we don’t even get to see more than a 10seconds tantrum in a month.

In my home rooms are arranged as a nursery setting.There are many shelves and wardrobes filled with toys, worksheets, Velcro worksheets, paintings, sensory toys, dough, anything you can imagine in a nursery.

He has a playroom and all home available for playing . He likes table work and floor playing , has hundreds of toys and activities just as in a nursery as he also has 2 teachers that come and play/ teach for 2 hours a day but that does not allow enough rest for me or enough quality time for him as a toddler. Father is in the same situation and finances won’t allow him to just be home and take over at the moment.

NANNY DUTY is only playing and focusing on the child, nothing about house or me.

Toys just need to be put away with the child while finishing.

sometimes we can play with him together.
He is easy to engage and just plays and cuddles and does activities in a nice flow.

I can also take some activities out if it is easy for you in the beginning.

Being out of school means I need to make him busy 12 hours a day.

Due to those food intolerances and unhelpful system he was waking every night for years for several hours a night which caused me the mom to gain lots of weight and lose all my health at a young age.

I need to take breaks and naps when needed in order to recover.

I am easy to work with, never had an issue with his previous nanny and the teachers .
We are a calm and happy family that is just unfortunate to have some health issues so we need extra support for our dear son.

You ll be welcomed with warmth and respect, snacks and drinks.
I also am home during the sessions .

Needing 2,3 hours a day. In nice days we can go park together and if not we can always go soft play , farms, zoos.

If you also have a child close to his age or bigger you are welcomed to sometimes bring in so he/she can also play with you guys.

Best candidate would be a person full of life that loves to do this. A person whose life is child inclined and empathetic. A calm person that doesn’t raise voice and is not harsh in any way .
