Hello I’m Jenny, I am a happy, calm and fun individual and have been working with children for the past 6 years. I used to work within a special needs school and absolutely loved it, I had to leave due to starting University where I was studying Children’s Nursing at Kingston. I have recently finished my nursing degree, with a job at the Royal Marsden, where I work as a Children’s oncology Nurse.
My Experience
A children’s nurse with 3 years experience working in a Special needs school as teaching assistant. Cared for a special needs child after school for 3 years, got previous experience babysitting up to 3 children. Along with my university degree and placement i have a total of 6 years experience working with children of all ages.
My Qualifications
Completed my Children’s Nursing Degree this summer, first aid trained, Woking with children with complex learning and physical disabilities through my 3 years at the school in my previous job trained me on multiple things, e.g gastro feeding, suctioning ect, level 1 makaton trained and studying for my nursing degree.
My Availability
Due to having shift work, my availability chances each week. However I get my rota 6 weeks in advance so can easily let families know when I am available.
