I am studying to be a psychodynamic psychotherapist. I did an infant observation for 2 years as part of my training to be a psychotherapist. I have always been interested in helping people and have spent much of my life volunteering my time for causes that I am passionate about. I have undertaken several different roles working with people and animals in emotional distress. This has taught me that while we may all live through different challenging experiences in our lives that are unique to us, what unites us, is our ability to heal from those experiences by having a safe and non-judgmental space, in which to talk about those experiences and process our emotions. These experiences taught me that patience and kindness can create great achievements.

Private Nanny SW London Family - July 2023 to December 2024
I was responsible for the after-school care of a 15-year-old autistic boy. My duties included picking him up from school, walking him home, and engaging him in stimulating activities such as photography, cooking, and reading. I prepared his supper and helped arrange his room for bedtime. I also provided empathetic support during challenging moments, particularly when he experienced distress due to external stimuli like thunderstorms and loud noises.
Nanny at Della Rovere family - Pavia: From September 2018 to July 2019, I was responsible for two children ages 4 and 11. I looked after the children and kept the house running smoothly by assisting them with homework, engaging in after-school activities such as sports practice, and preparing them for bedtime.
Viviamo in Positivo (Clown therapy) - Pavia: I trained to become a giggle doctor and to work and communicate with children with special needs. My training consisted of a rigorous schedule of artistic and medical workshops on topics like child development, infection control, and the impact of illness on families.
My job as a giggle doctor was to improve children's hospital experiences by reducing stress and anxiety, increasing opportunities for play, and improving overall wellbeing.
It is not always about laughter; a visit could also be about music, magic, or storytelling.
Trampoline House - Copenhagen: Volunteering experience in which I taught English to refugee children and teenagers at beginner, elementary and intermediate level. The lessons were solely focused on the student's abilities, needs, and personality. Furthermore, they were given special attention in order to boost their confidence and ability to construct sentences. Throughout the class, I encouraged students to make mistakes in order to improve their communication skills. I would correct their mistakes and give them natural expressions to use in conversation during the last part of the class. Our classes were successful because of the variety of materials we used and the outdoor activities in which students could participate.
