Hi my name is Sophie I am 24 years old and I live at home with my parents. I have worked in many nursery’s and studied a verity of courses to support my work and better my knowledge. I feel I am very confident with children and prove lots of fun activities and days out.
My Experience
I am a very family orientated and have good family values also very happy, kind, caring person. I have been working in day nursery’s as a room leader with staff members co working beside me. This means I was running the day to day run of the room and doing daily risk assessments ensuring the room is safe for the children and providing activities I have worked in 3 nursery’s as well as a childminder setting with a range of ages from babies - 5 years. I have also worked with special educational needs and have been a one to one with a child with cerebral palsy, I show confidence around all children and feel I can meet there needs. Also have worked with children around 5 years and have had a lot of experience and built good relationships with parents as well as the children. I hold a NVQ level 3 in childcare and SENCO certificate alongside sensory play certificate too. I am on the dbs update service and are willing to be ofstead registered if need to be. Nannying insurance I will be willing to get once I have found suitable family .
