Hello! I’m a bilingual (Italian and English) nanny based in NW London. I’m 25 years old, am bubbly, like to think out of the box, have a warm nature but know when to use a firm hand.
I’m educational, reliable, caring, sweet, have a motherly nature, love to set up routines and cheer for independence! I encourage walking, feeding by themselves, not being picky about food, explore, have fun, meet new friends.
I love team work!
I hype children up with positive attitude and encourage progression and reaching big milestones, supporting at all times, helping them focus and finding a solution for their problems… like a toy scheme problem!
I’m an educator (well I did study in the education field after all! Homework first, fun afterwards) and love to plan coordinate menus for everybody, always checking for allergies and other food restrictions, and I’m comfortable with milk formula, sanitising bottles, dummies, etc.
Though I’m trying to shift between that friend and mum person, I’m still fun! I love children so much and sometimes, when doing activities with them, I feel like I’m back being that young!
I love pets also (especially dogs and cats, but I definitely am a dog person!), yoga, swimming, books and long walks in the park.

Hello families!
I’m Virginia, a bilingual nanny and educator based in NW London (Kilburn).
I have 9 years of professional experience in childcare both in Italy (my home country) and in the UK. I have looked after children from newborn up to school age - but I have mostly looked after toddlers.
I also have experience as a tutor and have done internships in school as a nursery assistant.
I’m bubbly, attentive, committed, I like to think out of the box, have a warm nature but know when to use a firm hand.
I’m very organised and reliable, I love to plan routines and activities for the children, as well as preparing and cooking healthy and varied meals (baby led weaning also!).
I’m a non smoker person.
I assist with homework help, pick up and drop-offs at school for the older children.
I help with food lists, nap time (I offer help with sleep training also), bath time, light housekeeping (i.e. emptying dishwasher, cleaning and tidying up after preparing meals, tidy up time with the children, putting toys away, rotating toys every couple weeks, children’s bed and bath linen and laundry, nursery duties), potty training, etc.
My favourite activities to do with the children are definitely reading, art and crafts, outdoor activities and going for walks, exploring the surroundings and looking for interesting activities to add to our routine!
No housekeeping.
I’m working as a part of your family, although I normally work sole charge I like to think of us as a team!
I am also pet friendly!
I have UK settlement proof provided upon request, Ofsted Level 3 Paediatric First Aid certificate, Enhanced DBS yearly updated, Nanny insurance, Common core skills and knowledge certificate.
I’m available for full time live out roles, Monday to Thursday or Friday with fixed hours, and I offer availability of babysitting weekdays and weekends (to be agreed in advance).

My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (net)
My babysitting rates also depend on where the family is based - in case I have to commute. Weekends and evenings/nights rates change!
