Hi my name is shanice Buckley I am a bubbly 29 year old mum of three Amazing boys we just fled domestic violence from the father of my kids and I genuinely am burned out and need the assistance.
My boys are intelligent self sufficient my eldest is autistic and will be attending a specialist school but we had to flee our home from london and have just gotten to the local area ( about a year ago now) I have been under so much stress and I just want them to have the extra attention I'm also a business owner and would like to have the time to balance out my mental wellbeing, my business along with home life.
My Requirements
I would only need someone twice in the week preferably from afternoons and Evenings plus an odd weekend.
As I homechool currently.
someone who is fully qualified with a background Dbs as I have had a bad experience with someone on this app already that I was lenient with who decided to change her rate last minute then stalk me for 3 months for extra payment .
I am very fixed when it comes to planning and pricing so preferably someone organised and compatible with my arrangements.
I AM very protective of my kids so its vital I see DBS BACKGROUND certification so that I can know who I am entrusting my children too.
I will let whoever I work with know a week in advance to whenever I may need their availability, whatever price is arranged is the price that is arranged and we will have a written contract as I dont want to be stalked again.
please bare in mind I have 3 children and I am self employed which doesnt guarantee I am financially free to take on high rates but f the price is reasonable and I can do so i will.
I will always give you the hours and if you require the payment in advance that will be done on the day.
we will have a face to face interview before I organise the actual babysitting to know whether the potential person is compatible with my children and once my intuition is clear then great we are on a roll!!
I am a down to earth person and I just hope that I can find someone who matches my energt as I honestly feel like my children need another face other than mine to be comfortable around look forward to whoever that may be.
