My Experience

I have been working with/ teaching children for many years as a horse riding instructor, most recently at ‘The Stables Horse Activity Centre', an equestrian charity. While there I predominantly taught children, a large number of whom have special needs or some kind of mental/ physical disability.

More recently, I have been employed as a part-time after school nanny for an 9yr old boy, with multiple special/ complex care needs, for approximately the last 23 months.

I spent the summer working with another family, where I looked after a 6yr old boy and his 4yr old sister.

I also spent 2 days a week, in September and October, working as an after school nanny with another family. My role was to provide support, supervision and care for a 10yr old boy and his 14yr old sister with both special and complex care needs having suffered a stroke a year and a half ago.

My Qualifications

My Availability

I am currently looking for/ available to take on temporary/ ad-hoc work as a babysitter/ after school nanny/ pt mother’s help.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour

My fees vary depending on what the specifics of my employment are (employee or self-employed) for tax/ national insurance reasons.
