About Me
Since I graduated in 2014, I have taught for 10 years in both the state and independent sector. I have a great deal of experience teaching children from Years 2 to 6. I have always tutored alongside my teaching and enjoy the opportunity to bring on a child in a 1:1 environment.
I have experience tutoring children to boost confidence or in preparation for exams such as the 7+, 8+, 11+ or SATS.
I am a nurturing individual who fully appreciates the importance of helping children to feel happy, confident and positive about their learning.
My Experience
I graduated from The University of Roehampton, London in 2014.
I taught for four years in a Prep School in Kent before moving overseas and teaching in a British International Independent School. Since returning, I relocated to the Greenwich area and taught for a further four years there before moving to South West London.
I am currently in my final year of study for an MA in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, which is a specialist field I hope to move into in a few years time. I now work predominantly as a child counsellor and as a tutor alongside this.
