About Me
I am very personable and friendly, and enjoy working with children - I love the excitement and curiosity children show for the little things! I am also well organised, and punctual. I am always willing to learn any new skills necessary.
My Experience
In my sixth year at school, I had the opportunity to volunteer in a primary 3 class a couple days a week. My role as a teaching assistant included setting and explaining tasks, and providing support to the children when needed while still encouraging them to think independently and challenge themselves.
I also provided childcare for two boys aged 7 and 9. This role involved school collection, preparing meals, taking them to extra curriculurs, helping with homework, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed this job, as the boys were so creative and innovative - they always kept me on my toes and had me laughing!
